At Holbrook Pickleball, we care about your experience, which is why we offer a 30-day  return policy from the date you receive your item. We want you to feel confident in your purchase!

Finding the right paddle is important, and we’re here to help you make that choice.

Please remember that items must be purchased directly from Holbrookpickleball.com or Holbrook Headquarters.

Before returning anything, contact our Customer Service Department through the portal here for approval. Unfortunately, items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@holbrookpickleball.com.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Non-returnable Items

 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
