This review is not about the paddles made by Holbrook, which clearly receive high marks. Rather, it's about the stellar customer service I have received from Kylie. When I was in the market for a new paddle I became interested in the Holbrook line not only because of its positive online reviews and word of mouth recommendations, but also because they offered a no-questions asked, 30 day return policy. Unfortunately, I tore my rotator cuff during the first time I was playing with the paddle. Although I truly liked my brief experience with the paddle, I contacted customer service to explore my options. Without even asking, Kylie offered to extend the full refund policy until such time as I was able to recover and give the paddle a thorough test.
