Increased Control

I needed to find a paddle to replace my Prokennex Black Ace which is due to be banned from tournament play in July/2025. I am going from a 10mm (Black Ace) to 14mm (Holbrook Aero), which is a big deal since I've been using the Black Ace for three years. So far I am enjoying the extra control and feel of the Aero. I do notice less power, however with less power come less "pop-ups" and less hitting balls out. If all continues to go well, I plan to keep the Aero paddle. I would have liked to have applied an edge-guard since it does scuff easily. I did not want to put on the edge guard in case I chose to return it.

Aero X is very maneuverable

If there was a paddle that suits my game the Aero X 14m is it. It’s very maneuverable at the non-volley zone and I’m winning more hand battles vs my old paddle. It’s also very good with drives on both the forehand and backhand sides. Lastly in my opinion Holbrook has knocked it out of the park with its design.

Love my new Aero X. I like the feel of the balance and maneuverability. The ball comes off the paddle real nice.

Aero T Metallic Excellent Paddle

The Holbrook Aero T Metallic paddle is the best paddle I’ve ever had. The control it provides and the power it delivers with every shot are unmatched. I previously had a CRBN 1, and the Aero T Metallic outperforms it in every way. It’s the best investment I’ve made in a paddle.
