Bought the mens 13 wide. Were not wide at all. Waaay too tight.
Returned them and never received my refund. Caveat emptor. !!!
Power + control. Great for put aways, drops, and kitchen play. Your reset game will be on FIRE. Playing with a boomstick previously but this paddle gives me more control while still providing the same power.
Having played with the Fuze 14mm Elongated just gave me a automatic play upgrade. I like how it sounds different from other paddles, with its look being nice also. But the greatest benefit is that somehow even my play seems to have improved. Therefore, my confidence also improved and my entire overall game is better. Mis-hits stays in more than going out. Power hits needs less effort, dinks and drops fool opponents into thinking that its not going over but does, and slices makes the ball go deeper and lower. All in all, the Fuze is a paddle to play with. While currently I am with the 14mm, the 16mm is calling for attention to have a trial. Skill-wise, I am a 4.0+ playing USSP Nationals/Masters.
I love how the dual density makes me feel like I can't mishit a ball. the power all over the paddle is excellent as well. For being a foam paddle, it does not over hit and gives me amazing control as well.
This paddle has incredible touch and control while maintaining great power. The full foam is great technology.
The Arma Metallic 14mm paddle gave more power without losing controls. I felt that driving had more precision and hitting at the net was faster than my other paddles. Based on the fading on the paddle surfaces, it showed I hit the ball within the sweet spot consistently. That might be the reason for its core being damaged after a little over three months. Thankfully, Holbrook support was very prompt and helpful in taking care of the issue.

I have been playing less than a year but I felt it was time for an upgrade from the Amazon starter paddle. I tried a few demo paddles at the pickleball club and really felt the Fuze widebody was the paddle for me. It has a combination of forgiveness when I mishit the ball and power when I need it. I'm still working out my game and learning but I really do enjoy playing with this paddle. My wife and one of our friends were so impressed with the Fuze that my wife ended up buying the hybrid model and our friend bought the elongated.
Better control, more precise shots, soft touch at the kitchen. Great paddle!
I demo'd the elongated Fuse and really liked it. So I purchased the hybrid Fuse.
Freaking love this paddle!!! I have not picked up another paddle since I bought this paddle. The elongated paddle head is amazing with great metallic grit. The handle is great length for larger hands. I find this paddle has improved my game - the power, control and the grip on the ball is bar none the best. I recommend this paddle to anyone and everyone that asks. I am reluctant to loan it out to friends to try because I know they will fall in love with it and not want to give it back. Best paddle!!!
I just bought the 16mm for my wife and I love this paddle. The sweet spot feels huge and it helps with having less errors. For a foam power paddle, this paddle has some of the best control I have ever felt on a paddle. I just ordered the 14mm because my wife won't let me use hers. LOL

I am using the hybrid which comes in 16mm. I really enjoyed it day 1. It had serious pop on counters and yet is plush for resets and dinks. I've been playing it for about 20 sessions now and I'm telling you it just gets better. Not sure if it breaks in a bit or if I have just gotten more comfortable. I think its getting better. Best and most consistent foam paddle I've ever used. It might possibly be the best paddle combo of power and control I've every owned and that paddle count is in the 100's
You can't find a paddle that performs this well for under $200. I also have to say that this is my most stylish paddle. I love everything about it; the shape; the touch; the power. This is my favorite paddle for a reason, and the reason is that I play so well with it! I love it outdoors, I love it indoors, I even love it in the hurricane-level wind I was playing in outside. (March in Ohio, iykyk.) This is a fantastic paddle especially for this price point. I recommend it to everyone, but especially for competitors who want a paddle they can count on.
I've never had a hybrid-shaped paddle before, but I really like this one. It was excellent to use the first day I tried it with no learning curve and no mis-hits/bad strokes. It's also incredibly light! I look forward to using this paddle for a long time. Since it's foam (and made by Holbrook), I expect it will hold up really well.
I purchased a Power Pro 16 mm paddle in early March of 2025 through Pickleball Central. Today (9 March 2026) I realized (with the help of other players) that the center of the paddle has lost its integrity. If you tap on the outer portion of the paddle it sounds solid but in the middle it sounds hollow. I play about three times a week and would consider my skill level as intermediate. I can hit hard but no harder than any of the other men players. I liked the paddle but I'm greatly disappointed that it has lasted no more than a year.
I've played with another major line of paddles for ten years, always with their latest technology. Someone handed me a demo of the Fuze elongated, and I said, why not. One major change in my game was the feel of the resets and and drops are so much more effective now. You don't think the ball is going to go very well by the initial sound ... and then it Does!
Seriously, this is the first paddle that makes me want to get back on the court as soon as possible. I now look forward to every game, every shot and every time I play with this incredible paddle.
I had to return my 13 Wides. They were waaay too tight. Liked the makeup of the shoes but have never had a supposed “wide” shoe squeeze my feet so much.
I love the size of this bag. It’s perfect for carrying my paddles without having to bring a huge bag. It feels compact and super easy to take anywhere.
I have played with 2 Aero paddles, the Arma and now the Fuze. The Fuze is by far the best Holbrook paddle ever. It has power and precision. It gives you feel that you need to have low cross court dinking battles. It has the power to finish a point with a drive or overhead. It is a great weight and although the grip was a little big at first, I'm getting used to it. I love the fact that it as a rubber rim (which did take some getting used to) because all of my rimless paddles (Aeros) splintered at the top and I had to keep replacing the tape and/or cutting the strings. All in all, I love this paddle and there was virtually no break in period. Right out of the package it takes you to a different level.
