Warranty Policy
At Holbrook Pickleball, we stand behind the quality of our paddles—after all, our name is on them! We offer a one-year warranty covering all major manufacturing defects for the original owner. This warranty is valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and applies only to new paddles purchased directly from Holbrook Pickleball or authorized retailers.
Please note that demo and used paddles are not eligible for warranty coverage. Additionally, our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage.
To submit a claim, kindly provide as many details about your purchase as possible, including your name, email, and order number. We also ask that you include clear photos and videos of the paddle. Please send all information to support@holbrookpickleball.com. We’re here to help!
All warranty claims are subject to the sole discretion of Holbrook Pickleball.
